Most secondary pupils tend to seek entertainment as a way to fight stress, but it is less effective compared to talking with others such as teachers, parents and/or social workers, according to the findings of a survey released by the General Association of Chinese Students of Macau yesterday.

The findings were released in a press conference on the group’s premises in Avenida de Venceslau de Morais.

The survey was conducted in March. It collected 974 valid questionnaires from local secondary school pupils from 11 schools, with the aim of assessing their stress levels and how they combat stress.
