The Lands, Public Works and Transport Bureau (DSSOPT) said in a statement yesterday that it expects the construction of an elevated walkway along a major avenue in the city centre of Taipa to get off the ground in the fourth quarter of this year.
The bureau unsealed bids submitted by 18 construction companies for the construction of the project yesterday. All bids were accepted.
According to the statement, the construction costs of the project proposed by the bids range from 303.68 million patacas to 499 million patacas.
