A local man vented his anger by pushing over several scooters parked in a street in Toi San district on Monday night after drinking, Public Security Police (PSP) spokesman Lam Keong said during a regular press conference yesterday.
According to Lam, the 50-year-old man went to a police station yesterday morning and admitted that it was him who had pushed over the scooters.
According to Lam, the police received a report at around 10:45 p.m. on Monday that a number of scooters parked in Rua do Canal das Hortas appeared to have been damaged by someone. PSP officers arriving at the scene confirmed that seven scooters had been pushed over by someone. After investigating, the officers identified the suspect, Lam said.
