The Judiciary Police (PJ) have arrested five local men in relation to a brawl amongst a group of taxi drivers which took place outside a resort hotel in Cotai last Wednesday.
PJ spokesman Leng Kam Lon announced details of the case during a special press conference on Friday at the PJ headquarters in Zape.
Last week, footage circulating online showing more than 10 taxi drivers brawling beside several black taxis in Avenida Cidade Nova went viral. In the video clips, some of the cabbies were attacking each other while others appeared to be merely watching the free-for-all.
