The Lands, Public Works and Transport Bureau (DSSOPT) said in a statement yesterday that it is inviting bids for the renovation of a building in Avenida do Conselheiro Ferreira de Almeida, to be used as additional office space for Government Headquarters.
The statement did not mention the reason why the government has decided to set up an office there for its headquarters, merely saying that the bureau is inviting the bids “in line with the Government Headquarters’ needs to set up an office” there.
The winning bidder is required to finish the renovation in 330 days, the statement said.
