The Judiciary Police (PJ) arrested a male mainlander and a man from Hong Kong yesterday for selling drugs in Macau, a PJ spokesperson said during a special press conference in Zape yesterday.

The spokesperson identified the two suspects as a 29-year-old man from the mainland surnamed Chen, who said he works as a stall vendor, and a 42-year-old man from Hong Kong surnamed Choi, who said he is unemployed.

According to the spokesperson, the Judiciary Police received a tip-off a week ago that a Hong Kong man had been hired by a drug-trafficking gang there to sell drugs in Macau. After investigating, PJ officers identified Choi as the suspected drug dealer from Hong Kong and also discovered that another man was working with Choi, the spokesperson said.
