A Belle Époque-themed Café de Paris, reminiscent of the iconic brasserie in Monaco, is the latest hotspot at Galaxy Macau, serving classic French cuisine with Asian fare.
The Café de Paris Monte-Carlo is a brasserie in a casino resort in Monaco developed by Monaco-based casino hotel company Société des Bains de Mer (SBM). Its Macau restaurant – Asia’s first and flagship – is an SMB project in conjunction with Galaxy Entertainment Group (GEG), bringing a stylish yet relaxed café experience to the city.
Modelled after the classical setting in Monaco, the Macau café is designed to feel like an extension of the original institution, serving the quintessential and best-selling dishes taken from its principal in Monaco with a mix of Asian dishes.
