Swedish chef Frida Ronge is bringing her Nordic-Japanese fusion cuisine to town, as part of a “guest chef series” organised by Wynn.
The 33-year-old Ronge is the culinary director of Tak restaurant in Stockholm and an acclaimed chef named Rising Star of the Year in 2013.
During a media tasting event at Wynn Macau’s Mizumi Japanese restaurant yesterday, Ronge said that she began combining Swedish ingredients and Japanese flavours after working in a sushi restaurant after she graduated in 2004.
