Two nightclub managers have been arrested for forcing a Kazakhstani into prostitution, Judiciary Police (PJ) spokeswoman Lei Hon Nei said during a regular press conference yesterday.
The spokeswoman identified the suspects as a 34-year-old local woman surnamed Lei, an assistant manager, and a male manager surnamed Wong, both working at a hotel nightclub in Zape. She noted that the victim is a 22-year-old woman from Kazakhstan who has worked as a dancer in the nightclub for six months.
Wong’s age was not revealed.
