The annual Oktoberfest Macau at MGM, which celebrates its 10th anniversary, “demonstrates the synergies between gastronomy, creativity, culture and tourism, elevating Macau as a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy,” Pansy Ho Chiu King, co-chairperson and executive director of MGM China Holdings, said in a speech at the event’s opening ceremony at MGM COTAI yesterday.
“With Macau’s competitive advantages of unique culture and tourism, we will continue to offer more diversified experiences, and we look forward to creating more signature events to our guests,” Ho said.
Ho underlined the fact that the Oktoberfest Macau at Macau is marking its 10th anniversary during the Macau Year of Gastronomy.
