Rossi Trattoria at Studio City is possibly the only Italian restaurant in Macau serving authentic dishes from Senigallia, a port town on Italy’s Adriatic coast.
So, Caesar Salad is not on the menu because it’s not a dish originating from Senigallia, said the hometown Italian chef Rodolfo Serritelli, who is in charge of the restaurant.
Instead, the country-style trattoria serves up simple and delectable dishes prepared the way Serritelli’s family would with the freshest traditional ingredients and free of gimmicks, and ideal for sharing during a family and friends gathering.
