Macau General Union of Neighbourhood Associations (UGAMM) President Ng Sio Lai said during a spring media lunch yesterday that the group had given support to people in Macau two million times last year.
The association is commonly known as Kai Fong, its Cantonese name.
Ng said the association introduced a free transportation service for elderly or disabled residents last year, adding that from November 2014 to October 2015, it had provided its support services two million times, a three percent year-on-year increase.
