A parade will be held next month to celebrate the Chinese New Year (CNY), the Macau Government Tourism Office (MGTO) said at a press conference at Macau Tower yesterday.

The event, to be held on the third day (February 7) and the 6th day (February10) of the Chinese New Year, will feature a range of activities such as a float parade, artistic performances, fireworks and a float exhibition.

The annual CNY parade has gradually developed into one of Macau’s signature festive events, MGTO Director Maria Helena de Senna Fernandes said.
