Macau’s International Gastronomy Forum was held at JW Marriott Hotel yesterday, focusing on the creativity of gastronomy.
The three-day event, themed “Possibilities of Gastronomy and Creativity,” attracted more than 30 chefs from 21 members of the UNESCO Creative Cities of Gastronomy network, which includes Macau.
Secretary for Social Affairs and Culture Alexis Tam Chong Weng said in his opening speech that the forum offered a platform for chefs from around the world to exchange their views on the world’s various culinary arts.
