A male mainlander pretended to be sleeping and touched a female passenger’s thigh on a bus on Tuesday, Public Security Police (PSP) spokesman Cheuk Kou Chi told reporters at a regular press conference on Friday.According to Cheuk, the victim, aged 30, told the police that she felt someone touching her thigh, so she turned to look at the man, yet he had his eyes closed as if he was sleeping.
