There are plans for the development of a hotel project, a residential estate project, a villas project and a clubhouse project on six plots of land next to the Lisboa Gardens residential estate on Small Taipa Hill, according to the proposed legal development conditions for the six plots, which were published by the Lands, Public Works and Transport Bureau (DSSOPT) yesterday.
The bureau has drafted the legal development conditions for the six plots as their owners have applied for the projects. The legal development conditions propose that the maximum height above sea level for the buildings on the six plots is 81.5 metres.
The six plots cover an area of 15,431 square metres.
