A Brazilian high-school pupil studying in Macau was caught driving without a licence near Concórdia Industrial Park in Coloane during the wee small hours of last Saturday, Public Police Security Force (PSP) spokesman Wong Wai Chun said during a regular press conference yesterday.
Wong identified the unlicensed driver as a high-school pupil holding Brazilian nationality studying in Macau. His surname, age, the name of the high school and the surnames of his two friends who were in the car with him were not revealed during the press conference.
According to Wong, the accident happened at around 6:30 a.m. last Saturday, when the car hit a cargo trailer in the street and burst into flames.
