Nine boys and girls aged between 11 and 14 have been arrested for bullying a 12-year-old girl for “bad mouthing” one of them, a girl, for smoking, Judiciary Police (PJ) said yesterday.
The police said that the nine would be sent to the Public Prosecutions Office (MP) for making threats, blackmail and causing bodily harm.
According to the police, the nine suspects comprise four boys and five girls, one of whom is a school dropout, with the rest attending a school in the Northern District.
