Secretary for Administration and Justice Sonia Chan Soi Fan will lead a delegation to the Ministry of Justice and the Supreme People’s Court in Beijing this week to discuss cooperation in the mutual transfer of convicts, Chan’s office said in a statement yesterday.
The four-day working visit begins today.
According to the statement, the delegation will also be briefed on the development of “smart courts” on the mainland.
