Scholar vows local colleges will nurture more talents for GBA

Macau Polytechnic Institute (IPM) Vice-President Lei Ngan Lin said yesterday that for local tertiary education institutions to better participate in the development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area (GBA), nurturing more talents was the key.

Lei made the remarks in her opening speech at the Youth Form for the Planning Guidelines for the Development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area (GBA) hosted by the institute on its campus in Zape yesterday.

A symposium on the GBA Outline Development Plan was held in Hong Kong last Thursday. Representatives from Guangdong and Macau participated in the symposium hosted by the Hong Kong government.
