The Luso-Chinese Vocational and Technical School, in conjunction with the Institute for Tourism Studies (IFT), will run an international cuisine programme starting in the 2019/20 school year, the Education and Youth Affairs Bureau (DSEJ) announced during a press conference at its premises in Nam Van yesterday.

The international cuisine course will include, according to the press conference, Macanese cookery.

The public school, situated in Areia Preta district, is the only one running vocational courses out of the city’s 10 government-run schools. Macau has 77 schools, 67 of which are privately run.
