A driver who is a civil servant was caught drunk driving in Estrada da Penha near Sai Van Lake, Public Security Police (PSP) spokesman Choi Iok Kin said during a regular press conference yesterday.
Choi said the driver is a local Portuguese man surnamed Pilartes who is in his fifties. He told the police that he is an administrative assistant working in the public administration.
The incident happened at around 3 a.m. on Saturday. Pilartes approached police officers who were on duty nearby and reported that he had crashed his car into another car when he was parking, Choi said.
