Macau imported Portuguese wine worth 63.8 million patacas last year, a year-on-year growth of nine percent, TDM-Radio Macau reported yesterday.
According to the report citing industry data, Macau imported 1.8 million litres of Portuguese wine last year, more than from any other country.
However, in terms of the value of imports France continued to be Macau’s number-one source of wine, reaching 695 million patacas last year, even though the French exported 500,000 litres less than the Portuguese to Macau.
