The upcoming street food festival that Galaxy Entertainment Group (GEG) is hosting would help participating local food and beverage brands open up business opportunities and give their products more exposure, the group’s Broadway Macau Food & Beverage Assistant Vice President Eddie Liu Ming Sang said yesterday.
Liu made the comments during a media preview of the “Macau Gourmet Festival@Broadway” which will take place at the Broadway Macau food street every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from April 19 to May 19.
Liu said that there would be about 50 local street food vendors taking part in the festival, which would also mark the 20th anniversary of Macau’s return to the motherland.
