The Judiciary Police (PJ) said in a statement yesterday they are investigating another suspected arson case at SJM’s Grand Lisboa Palace construction project in Rua do Tiro in Cotai that occurred on Sunday night.
The PJ statement did not identify the hotel project, which was, however, identified by the Fire Services Bureau (CB) as Grand Lisboa Palace, the construction of which is slated to be finally completed this year, following a string of construction delays.
Scaffolding has already been removed from the nearly-completed casino-hotel resort complex.
