Yesterday’s launch of the “National Popular Science Micro Video Competition – Macau Selection Activity” aims to promote popular science in Macau and accelerate the city’s development of information technology (IT) through micro video production, and up to five local productions will be recommended to participate in the national competition next March.
The Science and Technology Development Fund (FECT) held a press conference yesterday at the Macau Chamber of Commerce Building in Zape.
FECT Senior Manager Simon Che Wai Meng noted that micro videos are a popular and efficient method of promoting popular science, adding that the theme of the micro video competition focuses on popular science in Macau.
