Macau’s general unemployment rate remained unchanged at 1.7 percent from February to April, as compared with that of the previous survey period from January to March, the Statistics and Census Bureau (DSEC) said yesterday.
According to a DSEC statement, local residents’ unemployment rate remained unchanged at 2.3 percent from February to April this year, as compared with that of the previous survey period.
The total labour force stood at 391,900 and the labour force participation rate amounted to 70 percent in the February-April period.
