The Public Security Police (PSP) arrested a man from Tanzania near Avenida de Horta e Costa last week after he attacked two PSP officers, after one of the officers had approached him to question him in the street, PSP spokesman Lam Keong said during a regular press conference yesterday.
The two PSP officers finally subdued the man with pepper spray, Lam said.
When the Tanzanian national was being chased by the two officers, he dropped a bag of Ice and a bag of cannabis on the ground, according to Lam.
