The Judiciary Police (PJ) have arrested the owner of a local engineering and construction company and his employee for causing damage to a building which is listed as a cultural heritage site in Largo do Lilau early this month, PJ spokesman Leng Kam Lon said during a regular press conference yesterday.

The employee cut a hole in the wall surrounding the building with a drill so that he and his boss could enter the building to remove weeds and combat mosquitoes, according to Leng.

Leng identified the owner of the company as a 68-year-old local man surnamed Lo and his employee as a 30-year-old non-resident worker surnamed Xiang.
