Chief Executive Electoral Affairs Commission President Song Man Lei said on Friday that nine local residents plan to run in the chief executive election next month and have picked up their respective nomination forms.
Song also said that four of the nine potential candidates have obtained contact information about the members of the Chief Executive Election Committee from her commission. She pointed out that all the chief executive hopefuls can request the contact information about the members of the Chief Executive Election Committee from her commission.
Song did not mention the names of the nine potential chief executive candidates.
