The Municipal Affairs Bureau (IAM) said in a statement yesterday that its recreational area on the rooftop of the Community Integrated Building in Coloane’s Seac Pai Van public housing estate will open to the public today.
The open-air area, covering 3,300 square metres, opens from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily, the statement said.
The Community Integrated Building’s car park, on the third to fifth floor, came into service in December 2017. The supermarket, which is on the first floor of the six-storey building, started operating in February last year. The supermarket, officially known as Integrated Shopping Centre, includes the sale of fresh food.
