A casino worker was arrested on Wednesday for taking upskirt videos of females in public areas, Public Security Police (PSP) spokesman Wong Wai Chon said during a regular press conference yesterday.
According to Wong, the local 30-year-old suspect is surnamed Lam. Lam told the police that he works as a technician in a casino.
Wong said that the crime was discovered on Wednesday evening, when an off-duty police officer was walking along Avenida 1 de Maio in the northern district, the officer saw Lam holding a plastic bag approach two women wearing short skirts.
