The Public Security Police (PSP) arrested a local man on Monday for slapping a woman’s breasts in Estrada Marginal do Hipódromo, PSP spokesman Kam Ka Kit said during a regular press conference yesterday.
According to Kam, the suspect is a 63-year-old local man surnamed Hong. He told police that he’s unemployed. The victim is a local woman in her thirties. Her surname was not released.
Kam pointed out that Hong suddenly slapped the woman’s breasts when they passed each other in Estrada Marginal do Hipódromo, after which he then ran away. The victim chased Hong after the attack.
