The Judiciary Police (PJ) arrested a 33-year-old male mainlander, a non-resident worker, on Wednesday for telling a local schoolgirl under the age of 14 to send him nude photos and video clips of herself via a mobile messaging application, PJ spokesperson Leng Kam Lon said during a regular press conference yesterday.
Last month, the victim met a man – the suspect – on a mobile messaging application and kept chatting online. After several days, the suspect, surnamed Lu, sent the victim indecent messages and photos to persuade the victim to send him nude photos of herself. However, the victim initially refused the demand, according to Leng.
According to Lam, as Lu failed to convince the victim to send him nude photos of herself, Lu later took photos and video clips showing his naked body and his phallus, and sent them to the victim, in an attempt to make the victim agree to his demand.
