The body of an unidentified man was found on Sunday lying on the levee at the waterfront of the land reclamation area known as Zone E2 – which lies off the north-eastern coast of Taipa between the Taipa Ferry Terminal in Pac On and the airport, the Judiciary Police (PJ) said in a statement.
According to the PJ statement on Sunday, a worker working on a construction site nearby found the man lying on the levee at 11:40 a.m. on Sunday, and told customs officers on patrol about it.
The customs officers “confirmed that the man showed no sign of life” and then transferred the case to the Judiciary Police for investigation, the statement said.
