The Judiciary Police (PJ) arrested a local man on Sunday for attacking another local man with a cleaver after a heated argument in a restaurant in Iao Hon district, PJ spokesman Chan Wun Man said during a regular press conference yesterday.
Chan identified the suspect as a 43-year-old surnamed Iao.
On Saturday night, the 39-year-old victim and the suspect, who did not know each other, were having a late dinner with their respective friends in the barbecue eatery in Rua Oito do Bairro Iao Hon.
