According to Lam, the suspect is a 50 year-old surnamed Ng. The spokesman told The Macau Post Daily that Ng works in a position under the Secretariat for Security. The spokesman did not elaborate further on Ng’s job information.
The police gave Ng a breathalyser which he failed as it showed that his blood alcohol concentration was 1.24 grammes of alcohol per litre of blood, according to Lam.
