A hairdresser has been arrested for sexually assaulting a mentally disabled woman, Judiciary Police (PJ) spokeswoman Lei Hon Nei said during a regular press conference last week.
According to Lei, the suspect is 48-year-old man surnamed Jiang is a non resident worker who told police that he is a hairdresser in a local hair salon chain. The victim works as a clerk at the salon, Lei said.
According to Lei, the incident happened in Rua da Praia do Manduco in the afternoon on December 16. Jiang offered to wash his co-workers hair to which the woman agreed. While Jiang was washing the victim’s hair he came up with an excuse to give her a “massage” and reached into her clothes and touched her breasts several times, the spokeswoman said.
