The Office of Secretary for Administration and Justice said in a statement yesterday that Hong Kong and Macau Affairs Office Deputy Director Feng Wei has urged the local government to plan with the city’s long-term development in mind.
Secretary for Administration and Justice Sonia Chan Hoi Fan and her team met a number of central government officials in the nation’s capital on Tuesday.
The statement said Feng relayed the message from Hong Kong and Macau Affairs Office Director Wang Guangya, praising the local government’s work and its willingness to tackle any problem head-on.
