Four local suspects were arrested in Zape on Wednesday for their alleged involvement in a drug-dealing and prostitution ring, a Judiciary Police (PJ) spokesperson said during a special press briefing yesterday.
The spokesperson said the bust was a joint operation with their Zhuhai counterparts.
According to the spokesperson, the Zhuhai police asked local police for help in their investigation into a prostitution ring in December last year. The ring, which was headed by a 34-year-old mainland woman surnamed Chen, had been operating for about six months.
