Wynn receives multiple awards at Vocational Skills Competition

Wynn won several gold awards at the 2nd Macau Integrated Tourism and Leisure Enterprise Vocational Skills Competition co-organised by the Labour Affairs Bureau (DSAJ) and the Macau Federation of Trade Unions (FAOM).

Wynn staff members won a number of awards, including Special Gold Award in Game Table Service, Runner-up in Gaming Calculation, Special Gold Award and Most Attentive Award in Housekeeping and Theme Design, Bronze Award in Room Facility and Maintenance, Gold Award in F&B Culinary, as well as Best Appetizer, Best Main Course and Runner-up in Overall F&B Performance.

The competition focuses on three key areas including entertainment, hospitality and gastronomy, enabling participants to fully showcase their vocational skills.

A total of 17 staff members from different departments at Wynn took part in the event, competing alongside more than 100 industry peers in various challenges.

Through the competition, the company hopes to showcase its commitment to and focus on talent development, allowing staff members to fully demonstrate their vocational skills while also enhancing their confidence and sense of pride in their expertise.

At the same time, Wynn strives to offer staff members the opportunity to progress their careers in different aspects, and create more opportunities for nurturing more local talents, enabling the industry to flourish.   – wpr
