The Good Shepherd Centre said in a statement yesterday that it will organise a “Celebration Walk” on Sunday “to congratulate the Macau government for listening to the voices of the people and especially to the voices of so many who have been victims of domestic violence.”

The statement pointed out that the Legislative Assembly passed a “just” domestic law on May 20, “which we are very happy about.”

According to the statement, Sunday’s walk will set off at 3 p.m. from Victoria Garden below Hotel Royal to the front of Government Headquarters in Praia Grande Bay (Nam Van).
