Local man smuggles cannabis worth 800,000 patacas in 3 pairs of sneakers from Bangkok: police
A local man has been arrested for smuggling cannabis from Bangkok to Macau hidden in three pairs of sneakers, Judiciary Police (PJ) spokesman Chong Kam Leong said during a special press conference yesterday.The 49-year-old suspect, surnamed Pinho, works as a clerk. Chong did not reveal Pinho’s nationality. According to Chong, PJ officers observed Pinho behaving suspiciously after he arrived at the local airport and intercepted him for a routine luggage check at 6:40 p.m. on Saturday.
Govt plans more female toilets at social service facilities
