As far as its handling of the city’s so-called idle plots of land is concerned, the government has failed to comprehend the remarks President Xi Jinping made during his inspection visit to Macau in 2014, developer Ung Choi Kun, who heads the Association of Property Agents and Realty Developers of Macau, said yesterday.
Ung also said that the Land Law should be amended as soon as possible.
Ung, a former lawmaker, made the remarks when addressing a reception celebrating the association’s 22nd anniversary at The Plaza Restaurant in Zape.
