Aux Beaux Arts, the French brasserie which was a local rendezvous spot, situated at Grande Praça of MGM Macau in Zapa, has returned and is serving French cuisine “under a charmingly atmospheric setting”, MGM said in a recent statement.

According to the statement, the restaurant design has been inspired by an olde-world French brasserie, serving French classics. The statement noted that the restaurant offers a gastronomic experience that comprises fresh produce, high-quality ingredients, the finest techniques, and “all from France’s rich culinary heritage”.

The statement said that Aux Beaux Arts (“At the Fine Arts”) has brought back the traditions and heritage of French cooking through its menu. The statement pointed out that the new menu includes “Salade de niçoise” (a traditional salad from the southern French resort city of Nice) with confit fatty tuna belly and crisp greens, the signature “Seafood platter”, “Vol-au-Vent” (a hollow case of puff pastry; its French name means “windblown”), “Steak Frites” and other French classics.

The statement also said that to optimise guest’s dining experience, the restaurant’s wine list rates old and new world wines “for the most sophisticated gourmand’s taste”. The statement said that the ABA Bar also offers other pre-dinner drinks or romantic nightcaps.
