One of six defendants in a public car park management corruption case confessed yesterday during its first hearing at the Court of the First Instance (TJB) yesterday.

The defendants – including the former chief of the Transport Bureau’s (DSAT) Division of Transport Management Lou Ngai Wa and his subordinate Pun Ngai – stand accused of corruption involving public car park management service contracts.

Lou and Pun, the first and second defendants in the case, yesterday denied all accusations listed in the indictment.
