Due to the latest COVID-19 pandemic situations in adjoining regions, the Macau Trade and Investment Promotion Institute (IPIM) and Guangdong’s Commerce Department have decided to postpone the 2021 Guangdong & Macau Branded Product Fair (GMBPF) to September 3-5, an IPIM statement said yesterday.
According to the statement, the recent novel coronavirus pandemic situation has affected trade visitors’ travel arrangements from the mainland to Macau. Therefore, the two organisers decided to postpone the event in order to “further foster Guangdong-Macau economic exchanges.”
