Wynn Macau is offering an Alba White Truffle Tasting Menu at Ristorante il Teatro created by Chef Nicholas Olivas, according to a recent statement by the resort operator.
The statement noted that the white truffles, also named as the “truffle diamond”, are best for tasting during the autumn and winter of each year. The statement said that the menu serves these white diamonds over risotto, eggs, pasta, and even mashed potatoes.
The menu, which will be offered until December 23, comprises chilled langoustine with crustacean gelee and kristal caviar; Fassone veal tenderloin with tonnato Italian for “tuna”) cream, artichoke and caper berry; chestnut cream with Alba white truffle, seared goose liver; Tagliolini Piemontesi with Alba white truffle, anchovy, 84 months aged Parmigiano Reggiano; New Zealand Te Mana lamb rack with pistachio crust, lamb jus; and Zabaglione.
The tasting menu is priced at 980 patacas per person and additional 500 patacas per person for wine pairing.
