Festive offers at Grand Hyatt

Grand Hyatt Macau announced last week that it is promoting “festive offers” for Christmas and New Year which include “sumptuous menus and rejuvenating spa treatment”.

According to the statement, a special menu at mezza9 features “chilled seafood, lobster thermidor, grilled meat as well as traditional roast turkey and festive desserts” available on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve for dinner. The statement added that a “live tuna cutting demonstration” will be presented on December 24-25 and 31.

The statement also underlined that Christmas Afternoon Tea at Grand Club Lounge on the 37th floor features mini Bûche de Noël (traditional Christmas cake), pistachio strawberry cake, mince pies, turkey sourdough, complemented with a selection of coffee, tea or glühwein (“smouldering wine”). 

Meanwhile, the Lobby Lounge is offering a Christmas Set Lunch with “two or three festive courses” such as Christmas turkey roll, braised beef cheek with a choice of the aforementioned drinks, the statement said. Meanwhile, the Christmas Grand Set features Christmas-themed pastries.

The statement added that guests who prefer Northern Chinese cuisine can visit Beijing Kitchen, which includes “signature Traditional Beijing Style Duck, delectable Northern dishes and premium wines” for its Christmas and New Year’s menu.

Moreover, Isala Spa will launch the “Hyalu-Procollagen facial treatment”, which is integrated with “concentrated and pure marine collagen and hyaluronic acid”, which the statement said was able to plump up skin and smoothen wrinkles. 

The spa’s Christmas promotion for the facial treatment runs from December 20-31, where purchasing a 90-minute Hyalu-Procollagen facial treatment priced at 1,780 patacas will come with a complimentary spa product priced at 450 patacas while buying two of the treatments at 3,560 patacas comes with one complimentary 90-minute body massage.
