The Ritz-Carlton welcomes prosperous year

The Ritz-Carlton said in a recent statement that springing into the Year of the Tiger it welcomes a prosperous Chinese New Year (CNY) with a range of auspicious dining offerings at Lai Heen, The Ritz-Carlton Café, and The Ritz-Carlton Bar & Lounge.

The statement said that Michelin-starred Lai Heen offers a fine repertoire of traditional Cantonese delicacies from January 31 to February 9. The statement pointed out that Lai Heen’s Chinese New Year Lunch menu will feature dishes such as a Lucky Trio of Dumplings and an abundant Fried Glutinous Rice with Air-dried Sausage, Conpoy and Taro at 688 per person. Lai Heen is also presenting a Chinese New Year Dinner menu at 2,388 patacas per person, featuring festive favourites such as Braised Whole Abalone with Foie Gras and Morel Mushrooms, Double-boiled Fish Maw Soup with Snow Goose and Conpoy, and Sliced Pork and Hairy Mousse Accompanied with Air-dried Oyster.

Meanwhile, the statement said that available from January 31 to February 9, The Ritz-Carlton Café offers a festive Chinese New Year Prix Fixe providing guests with a gift of choice with offerings of three to five courses starting at 588 patacas, including one glass of sommelier selected wine. The statement pointed out that luxurious dishes like a Truffle Brioche Toastie, Boston Lobster Chard Froid featuring Oscietra caviar and a delightful Chestnut Mont Blanc star alongside a choice of two mains, Broiled Halibut with Marinated Tomato, Olive, White Beans, and Brandt Farms US Beef Rib with Smoked Eggplant Caviar, Pomme Puree and Baby Vegetables.

The statement underlined that at both restaurant guests may enjoy a 15 percent discount on both indulgent dinner menus with booking and full payment on or before January 9.

Moreover, the statement said that The Ritz-Carlton Spa’s award-winning Restorative Bamboo Massage is available from now until February 28 for 2,022 patacas.
